The existing recreation facility on this site was gutted and refurbished to create a multifunction youth and drop in centre for troubled youth in the Mandurah area.

Walls were removed, walls were added, an intermediate floor was created and the building was extensively remodelled to create an as new look to this very used facility. Built for the City of Mandurah.
