The project involved the construction of two storey office accommodation with substantial public access and amenities for a national recruitment company supporting the mining, sector throughout Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
This project comprised concrete tilt panel construction with a suspended concrete slab and a structural steel framed roof. This method of construction combined rapid building times with quality assured materials, resulting in a commercially cost-effective solution for this mixed-use commercial development. The project also involved complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services and was subject to stringent safety and environmental requirements including full site inductions, tool box meetings and inspections. Public access control, in particular fencing, hoarding and signage was also in place for the duration of the construction period. The project also included the construction of car parking bays, kerbing and line marking within its scope of works.
