Project Brief

The project involved the demolition of an existing structure (tavern), and the construction of a liquor super store, incorporating a comprehensive retail fit out with mechanical services to suit, and refrigerated product storage.

Project Description

The project comprised 1,286m tilt panel office accommodation, retail showroom, amenities and storage area incorporating a loading dock and extensive hardstand to accommodate the loading and unloading of stock, together with customer car parking comprising 48 bays. The hardstand design included the requirement for the access of B-train sized vehicles to facilitate stock deliveries.
